FreetoLive Event Planners are responsible for every stage and aspect of event planning start to finish. Main duties include selecting venues, procuring space, ordering transporting event materials, determining costs, submitting expenses for pre-approval, arranging event services, submitting invoices for payment, monitoring event success and recording and reporting event data.

FreetoLive Event Staff is responsible for working under the guidance of the Event Coordinator, welcoming guests,  setting up and inspecting equipment for damage before and after use, and checking equipment  against an inventory list. Event  Staff needs to constantly be on their feet and attend to the many needs  of event-goers, requiring physical stamina and high energy levels.

FreetoLive Brand Ambassadors should be enthusiastic, enthusiastic, caring individuals with an outgoing personality, a considerable social media presence and a medium to large sized network.  He or she is expected to be acutely familiar with the mission of FreetoLive and is expected to endorse and promote the FreetoLive movement and brand  at all reasonable opportunities.   

FreetoLive Donor Advocates are the friendly face and charismatic, helpful, frontline personalities of the FreetoLive movement. They represent potential and existing FreetoLive clients serving as vital intermediaries between client, staff members, corporate sponsors, and service providers by answering questions, offering guidance, recommending solutions and resolving all grievances to the FreetoLive's client's utmost satisfaction. This role requires extreme dedication, unbridaled patience and unwaivering commitment to the needs and welfare of FreetoLive clients and the FreetoLive mission.

FreetoLive Telephone Fundraisers' primary goal is to call on pre-selected, pre-screened, potential nonprofit supporters to solicit monetary donations in the furtherance of the FreetoLive mission: To offer simple, straightforward, no-obligation living donor financial support for non-medical organ donation-related expenses associated with a donor's wish to donate a lifesaving organ.  

FreetoLive Home Fundraisers' primary goal is to organize and host home-based events with friends, family, associates, co-worked, including pre-selected, pre-screened, potential nonprofit supporters to solicit monetary donations in a comfortable, fun, party-like atmosphere, in the furtherance of the FreetoLive mission: To offer simple, straightforward, no-obligation living donor financial support for non-medical organ donation-related expenses associated with a donor's wish to donate a lifesaving organ. home-based
